- In order to benefit from advantageous registration fees, you can complete your registration first and upload your paper to the system later.
- VAT is not included in the registration and course fees.
- A valid student certificate is required for student registration.
- Congress registration fee includes; participation in the scientific program, congress materials, digital participation certificate, online abstract book and coffee breaks.
- In order for the papers whose oral presentations have been accepted by the scientific committee to be included in the program, the registration fee must be paid.
- The registration process is completed by sending the payment receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail.

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- All reservation cancellations must be notified in writing to the Mediconevent Congress Project Coordinator (kongre@incare2026.org).
- If notified until September 4, 2026, 50% of the package fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations notified after September 4, 2026.
