The distance between Gaziantep Intercity Bus Terminal (Otogar) and Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKÜ) is approximately 20-22 km, and the journey by private vehicle or taxi takes an average of 20 to 30 minutes in normal traffic conditions.

K16-1 Airport Bus: This line, which departs from the city center and goes to Gaziantep Airport, passes directly in front of the campus since the university is right on the airport road.
Oğuzeli / Airport Minibuses: Orange and yellow colored Oğuzeli district minibuses and airport minibuses departing from old garages or certain stops in the center pass by the main road in front of the campus gate.
